Section Policy
Argumentos aims to promote high-quality, original, and emerging research in the social sciences through different spaces for knowledge production, organized into the following sections:
Research Articles
This section publishes original research manuscripts addressing diverse areas within the social sciences. Contributions may focus on contemporary studies or historical perspectives that enhance the analysis of classical or contemporary theories.
All submissions are subject to double-blind peer review, with at least two reports provided by specialist reviewers. In cases of conflicting evaluations, a third review will be requested. Editorial decisions resulting from the peer review process are final.
Book Reviews
This section publishes reviews of recently published books that contribute to debates in the social sciences.
Submissions to this section are evaluated by the Editorial Board and are not subject to peer review.
Theses
This section publishes abstracts of theses that have been previously defended and approved at academic institutions.
